What are you sending overseas?

No, we don't send overseas!

Do you ship to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico?

Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Australia are currently out of our reach. Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving this message.

Is there a return policy in place?

Returns are not accepted at the Apparelstation.com headquarters. All returns should be returned to the warehouse from whence they were purchased. Please contact us at 1-866-847-8678 if you have any issues.

There are no deposit fees!

In order to receive a refund, returns and exchanges must be made in their entirety within the next 21 days.

To return any or all of your order, please contact customer service at 1-866-847-8678 or support@apparelstation.com, and be sure to include your account number in your request. We'll send you an email with your RA numbers and instructions for returning them as soon as the next business day.

Put the RA number in bold on the box and send it to each of the agencies. The amount you paid will be credited back to the card you used when the package is received at our warehouse.

A Return Material Authorization (RMA) must be obtained before an item can be returned to the manufacturer (RA).

Objects must be returned to the same location from which they were originally sent, unless otherwise specified. As a result, we may issue you with one or more RA numbers, as well as one or more return addresses, in order to facilitate your return.

Replacement or washed merchandise will not be eligible for a refund.

Returns can take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days to be examined. Any shipping costs incurred are non-refundable.

How can I get a different size if this one doesn't fit?

We do not perform currency exchanges at this time. Place a new order and return your incorrectly sized product at the same time. How do you go about doing this?

Obtaining a return authorization (RA) for your order is as simple as contacting us. We will email you with your RA number within one or two business days after receiving your request.

If you want to ship the package through any service, put this number in bold on the box.

You will be able to place a new order once your returned item (s) has been received and inspected.

I've already completed a transaction on your website. Is it possible for me to change my mind or withdraw my consent?

Because of the rapidity with which we process orders, we are unable to make modifications or cancel them once they have been submitted to our system. Once an item has been delivered to you, you have the option of returning it or replacing it with another one.

What is your sales tax policy?

If your goods are being shipped to California, it is your responsibility to collect and remit sales tax.

Sales tax will be applied to your order if you are a California licenced dealer and provide us with a completely filled out dealer sales tax form.

We are able to send duty-free merchandise outside of California under current internet commerce legislation. This, however, does not lessen your responsibilities. It is your duty as a consumer to keep track of and pay sales tax where applicable.
